WHATS IN THE WORKSTAND?
Other Brands we Service & Support
How soon can a mobile mechanic come?
Mobile visits need about 10 hours' notice, so the earliest is usually tomorrow, subject to availability. The booking page shows the free times, and an online booking is confirmed on the spot.
How much does a bike service cost?
A Wash & Tune starts from $129, a Major Service from $249 and the Annual Service from $449 (mountain bikes from $499). Parts are extra except where noted, and mobile visits have a $119 minimum. See the full price list.
Do you service eBikes?
Yes. We're Bosch and Shimano STEPS certified and service road-legal pedal-assist eBikes, which usually cost a little more than a standard bike. We don't work on throttle-only bikes, electric motorbikes, mopeds or food-delivery scooters. More on eBike servicing.
How often should my bike be serviced?
Every 50 hours of riding, which is the Wash & Tune, plus a full Annual Service every 12 months. After a wet or muddy ride, give it a wash and degrease.
Can you pick up my bike?
Yes, 7 days. We collect it from your door, service it at our Marrickville workshop and return it with a digital service report. Sunday pick-up is the popular one: ride Sunday, back before next weekend.
Where is your workshop, and when are you open?
54/76B Edinburgh Rd, Marrickville NSW 2204. Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, weekends 10am to 3pm. Mobile service runs 7 days by appointment.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. Every job carries our 30-day workmanship guarantee.
